We are professionals through and through and all share a desire to be the most attentive and responsive letting agency in the region, our main focus being good service. Emma Creasey

Emma Creasey

Emma has been letting houses for over twenty years. Having been fortunate to begin her career for Savills in Knightsbridge, London, in the Property Management department it was there that she received excellent training both in house and with ARLA and within a year was promoted to the youngest ever Lettings Negotiator for Savills.

After her return to her native Cheshire, Emma worked more locally in Chester for an agency where the focus of her role was to build the business and client base. After a successful four years Emma decided in 2010 it was now or never to try setting up on her own.

Her sole aim is to offer a first class service based on her extensive experience and knowledge. Honesty, integrity and professionalism were always at the core of her operation and now, seven years on and with a fantastic team behind her, Emma Creasey Lettings have become a strong, established presence in the market place within Cheshire and surrounding areas.

Rick Creasey

Richard joined the growing team in 2015. As the business has grown the need to manage the business has also grown. As a qualified Solicitor and Advocate of over seven years with an accountancy degree he is perfectly equipped to help us improve and manage the business and financial side of Emma Creasey Lettings. He also brings extensive property management knowledge and experience having run his own property maintenance business for ten years, making him perfectly suited to oversee our ever expanding management portfolio.

Angela Benson

Angela Benson

Angela joined us in 2013 as an Administration Assistant and is now our Office Manager. A former PA to a Director of ICI for many years, her administrative and organisational skills are second to none. With her cool, calm approach to everything she does she is a vital member of the team.

Michell Kilshaw

Michell Kilshaw

Michell joined the expanding team in 2016 as an Administration Assistant and Negotiator. With over twenty years in the banking and financial sector where she was, amongst other roles, an Associate Director of Credit, Michell brings great experience in high risk transactions and general administration. With her excellent customer service and communication skills, she is an invaluable member of the team.

Michell has a natural interest in studying house design and interiors for which she has a keen eye. In her own time she brings her talents to the fore by designing and creating cushions and home furnishings.
